Wil has 25 years of experience in general construction, including 10 years in framing, 7 years in tile work, and 4 years as a drywall finisher. He has also worked as a superintendent, assisting in the construction of various restaurants, and is proficient in drywall installation.

Outside of work, Wil enjoys hunting and fishing, spending time with his three boys, and is married. Wil also does a lot of yard work, not because he wants to but because he has to.
